In July 2024, the Earl’s Court Development Company (ECDC) submitted a Hybrid Planning Application to both the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for the development the Site, located within the wider Earl’s Court and West Kensington Opportunity Area (London Plan 2021). It occupies an area of approximately 18 hectares. The Site area associated with the RBKC Hybrid Application is 8 hectares and the Site area associated with the LBHF Hybrid Application is 10 hectares.

Anyone can comment on the Planning Applications online, by email or in writing. You can comment via the RBKC planning website or by email to planning@rbkc.gov.uk quoting planning reference: PP/24/05187
